Extended outpatient treatment can be ordered based on your probation assessment. This is in addition to the Track A,B,C, D and education requirements. There is typically 12 weeks. There are serveral ways for you to complete this at our agemcy.
1) You can double up on groups for 12 weeks at the group fee $40
2)You can see Amy Dixon individually @$175 per hour for 12 weeks.
3) Take the EOP 4 week class that covers the 12 hours and provides you with an excelerated intensive look into your core issues and provides you a tool for prevention. $1200 for the course.
We will communicate with your supervision and make the best decisions for you. EOP can be satisfied in another group, private sessions, or EOP therapy hours. You can attend sessions like relapse prevention, anger management, parenting are some focus groups that may qualify for the EOP hours. If you are in additional therapy outside of our office we will consider your treatment for EOP.
