Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is not a penalty or a punishment. There is a waitlist and an overflow of clients requesting a session. I often work throughout the weekend to accommodate my clients. The Integrity Health and Wellness cancellation policy is as follows. Private sessions are 50 min. Or 70 min. Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up you will be charged the full rate of the session. If you are more than 15 min late, the therapist will assume you are not coming and may leave the office. It will be treated as a late cancellation.
The full rate will be charged to your credit card on file. If the therapist is late in your session, we will prorate for the time you are in session. Integrity will not charge you for the therapist’s error.
If your appointment is on Tuesday at three, you must cancel on Monday by 3 so as not to be charged. For weekend appointments (Saturday and Sunday), Please provide 48-hour notice.
Integrity Health and Wellness does not accept insurance. As an out-of-network provider, there is no guarantee of payment from insurance. A superbill requires a diagnosis; without one, they will not consider compensation. I will provide a receipt for services but do not connect with your insurance company. We accept cash. Credit card. And checks.
As a client at Integrity, we require credit card information, it is stored in the Square application. Following services, we will run your card.
If you are a no-show for your initial intake appointment, we will ask for pre-payment to reschedule you.
